To maintain our status as an expert resource and ensure a high educational standard, all submitted materials undergo pre-moderation for compliance with technical and clinical criteria.

1. TECHNICAL TANDEM (SYNERGY RULE)

We do not publish descriptions of isolated manipulations. Our goal is to demonstrate the system’s performance as a comprehensive solution.

Safety and adhesive purity are the foundation of modern dentistry.

• Requirement: The use of a rubber dam system is a mandatory condition for publication.
• Recommended Materials: We prioritize the use of high-performance isolation systems to ensure predictable outcomes. The preferred standard for submissions is NicTone; as a minimum requirement, we expect the use of the Sanctuary Dental assortment.
• Note: Materials without visual confirmation of the operating field isolation (dam, clamp) will not be considered.

3. DOCUMENTARY ACCURACY (TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION)

The author provides a detailed “passport” of the case for its integration into the website’s taxonomy.

• Clinical Data: Clear indication of tooth numbers and defect types (e.g., Class II according to Black, teeth 2.3–2.4).
• Instrumentation: A complete list of tools used, specifying the brands.
• Materials Science: A list of adhesive systems and composites (e.g., protocol #RSBC: (rubberdam isolation, sandblasting, Optibond FL, composite).
• Content Exclusivity: To ensure the highest value for our community and optimize global search engine visibility (SEO), the descriptive text and narrative of the case must be original. We do not accept content that has been previously published on other digital platforms in an identical format.

• Photography Requirements:
  • Sequential Documentation: Authors must provide high-resolution photos of all clinical stages (step-by-step protocol).
  • Quality Control: Absence of artifacts (traces of blood or saliva outside the restoration zone) and sharp focus on the target area are mandatory.
• File Naming & Taxonomy Standards:
  • Our platform is fully compatible with professional project formats from the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop (psd), Lightroom, Illustrator (ai), and Premiere Pro (prproj), ensuring that your creative workflow remains uninterrupted if you choose to handle the production process independently.

6. CLINICAL STABILITY & “PREMIUM CASE” STATUS

We value evidence of long-term success as the ultimate proof of clinical excellence.

• Priority Promotion: Cases that include documented follow-up results (e.g., 6, 12, or 24 months post-treatment) demonstrating the stability of the restoration will be awarded “Premium Case” status.
• Incentives: Premium cases receive priority placement on the main page, highlighted positioning in the global taxonomy, and increased promotion through our international social media channels.
